Indian Rocks Bead 44 is a spacious two-storey beachfront holiday home in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and over 2,500 square feet of living space, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests and offers direct access to the white sandy beach and views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The main living area features high ceilings, comfortable seating, a 65-inch Smart TV and a sofa bed. Sliding glass doors lead out to a private porch overlooking the Gulf, providing a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee, outdoor meals or sunset drinks. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end stainless steel appliances, two ovens, a five-burner gas cooktop, an indoor grill, a gas griddle and Keurig coffee makers. There is also dining and counter seating for guests to enjoy meals together.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second features two sets of bunk beds, one twin-over-twin and one full-over-full, with an additional twin trundle. The primary suite includes a king-size bed, a trundle bed, a 65-inch Smart TV, a private bathroom and its own balcony with Gulf views.

Outside, guests can enjoy a designated splash pool area and direct beach access. The pool patio and wooden deck are shared with the neighbouring Indian Rocks Beach 45, although each property has its own designated section of the pool, separated by an interior wall. Pool heating is available from October through April for an additional $35 per day plus tax.

For entertainment, the garage game room features air hockey, foosball and comfortable seating. A gas BBQ grill is also available, along with access to two shared kayaks and one shared paddleboard.

Located in central Indian Rocks Beach, the villa is within walking distance of local restaurants, attractions and beach activities. Guests can spend their time relaxing by the water, kayaking, paddleboarding or exploring the surrounding area.
