- Additional charges may apply if the owner has to address issues or arrange for extra cleaning due to non-compliance.
Use of Amenities
- The pool heater functions through heat exchange and may not operate in cold weather; this service is optional and refunds cannot be provided if desired temperatures are not reached.
- The attached spa is not a hot tub and can only be heated along with the pool; both will share the same temperature and do not have jets.
- The pool heater system includes a safety feature that may cause it to shut off temporarily during cold weather to prevent overheating.
