- Additional charges may apply if there are damages or extra cleaning required due to non-compliance.
- Pool heat is optional; it must be requested 48 hours in advance and is subject to certain conditions, including no operation in cold weather.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and can only be heated if the entire pool is heated.
- Packages can only be delivered via UPS, DHL, or FEDEX; USPS deliveries will not be recognized.
- Windsor Island amenities are available for use with resort registration due to construction at Windsor Cay. Additional charges may apply.
