The grand foyer opens into a spacious great room with contemporary décor, plush seating and a large TV, creating an inviting place to relax together. The open-plan chef’s kitchen features modern cabinetry, sleek finishes, a breakfast bar and a generous dining area, ideal for shared meals and easy entertaining. Sleeping arrangements include multiple king suites, queen and double-bed rooms, plus fun bunk rooms designed especially for younger guests.
Entertainment is a major highlight, with a game loft featuring favorites such as pool, darts, ring toss and word games, along with an arcade-style games room, table tennis, foosball and games consoles. Movie nights feel extra special in the private home theater with a 100-inch screen and comfortable recliner seating. Kids will love the three imaginative themed bedrooms, inspired by a magical cartoon mouse, a frosty fairy-tale kingdom and an undersea adventure, complete with playful details, ladders, slides and bunk-style hideaways. Outside, the fully screened private pool area includes a spillover spa, sunloungers, lounge seating, poolside games, a covered lanai, outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining space. There is also a private gym for guests who want to keep up their fitness routine. Set within an Orlando resort-style community, the home also offers access to amenities such as a clubhouse, communal pool, playground, splash park, waterpark, lazy river, fitness center, tennis courts, golf course, bar and restaurant, plus gated access and 24-hour security. The house was beautiful and had everything you needed. We did have a few minor issues the movie projector did stop working after day 3 and there was no karaoke machine in the upstairs adults' game room and the fans out by the pool didn't work also the garbage disposal in the kitchen didn't work but none of this took away from the home. Our kids loved the pool and game rooms and really enjoyed their custom bedroom. We had a family of 34 and still had room in this house. I'm already planning my next trip Villatel Village was great!!! Top villa's customer service was great in helping me book my grandson's week-long birthday bash!!!
