This spacious 7-bedroom Orlando villa is a fantastic choice for families and groups, with room for up to 20 guests and a fun, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The home offers three king bedrooms, two bedrooms with two double beds each, a twin room, and a bunk bedroom, along with 5 bathrooms for added convenience. Children will love the playful themed bedrooms, including cartoon-inspired and wizard-style spaces, while adults can relax in comfort with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, cable or satellite TV, and fresh bedding and towels included.
Designed for easy vacation living, the villa features a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a coffee maker, and plenty of space for shared meals. The games room and upstairs entertainment area add even more fun, with a pool table, air hockey, and TV space for relaxed evenings at home. Outside, enjoy your own private pool with a pool cage, hot tub, sunloungers, garden views, and a covered lanai with an alfresco dining area, perfect for laid-back days in the Florida sunshine. - Pool and spa heating operate on the same system; if heating is not arranged, both will remain unheated
- Pool heating operates during set daytime hours and may be limited during colder months
- Grill users should place the oil pan under the grill to help prevent patio stains; additional cleaning charges may apply if the patio becomes dirty or stained
- Bath towels are for indoor bathroom use only
- Pool towels provided at the home are for the private pool only; guests should bring their own towels for the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or off-site use
Supplies
- Starter supplies of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels are provided, but guests may need to purchase more during their stay
- Food-related basics such as salt, pepper, sugar, and spices are not provided due to food and safety considerations
