High ceilings create a bright, open feel, while two primary suites, one on each floor, make the layout ideal for families and mixed-age groups. Sleeping arrangements include two king bedrooms, three queen bedrooms, a double bedroom, a twin room and a bunk room, with fun themed spaces including wizard and space-inspired rooms. The home also features an upstairs loft that works beautifully as a relaxed movie den, plus a converted garage games room with arcade consoles and foosball for lively evenings in.
Outside, the private screened pool area is a Florida highlight, complete with poolside seating, sunloungers, a parasol, alfresco dining space and a BBQ for easy meals in the sunshine. Inside, guests can enjoy air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, TVs, included linens and towels, and a kitchen with dining space, coffee maker and ice maker. The resort-style community adds even more to enjoy, with access to shared pools, a hot tub, splash park, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, walking trails, sports courts, bike rentals and an on-site bar and restaurant. With gated security and a location close to Orlando’s major theme parks, shopping, dining and Central Florida attractions, this home offers a fantastic base for a fun-filled vacation.
