At the centre of the resort you will find the Clubhouse, which features an extensive water complex with activities to suit the whole family. Use of Amenities
- The pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance and will incur an additional cost. It operates through heat exchange and may not function in cold weather, with no refunds provided if desired temperatures are not met.
- Pool and spa share the same temperature settings; the spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets.
- BBQ rental and pool heating are available for additional fees.
Additional Information
- Guests should bring their own wash towels following hygiene recommendations.
- Trash should be disposed of daily in the resort dumpster to maintain cleanliness.
- Online packages delivered via USPS will not reach the property; only deliveries by UPS, DHL, and FedEx are accepted.
- Guests are responsible for purchasing personal toiletries and food, as these are not provided beyond initial supplies.
- Additional charges apply if the owner must repair damage or conduct extra cleaning.
Parking
Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
