- Smoking is prohibited inside the house; a $250 fine will be enforced for violations. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is available at $35 per day and must be requested 48 hours in advance for a minimum of 2 consecutive days. The pool temperature will not exceed 95°F. Note: It may not function in cold weather, and refunds will not be provided if the desired temperature is not achieved.
- The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and can only be heated along with the pool to the same temperature.
- Daily trash disposal is required; please use the resort dumpster to maintain cleanliness.
- Additional charges may apply for damages or extra cleaning if property rules are violated.

Kids can enjoy the splash pad and water slide free of charge, or for the more adventurous there is the FlowRider wave simulator with an expert team on site to teach you how to surf available for an additional fee. Solara also benefits from a range of sporting facilities including a fitness center, sports courts, walking trails and a soccer field. Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
