House Rules

• This is a smoke-free property. Violating the no-smoking policy will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and potential liability for fire or property damage costs.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, subject to prior approval and a fee. Bringing undisclosed pets incurs a $500 fine per pet.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided. Violations could lead to fines up to $10,000.
• Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fines applied.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heat is available upon request 24-48 hours in advance but is not offered from April 1 to October 31.
• Only park in designated property parking locations and respect all street parking signage.

Additional Information

• Accident protection covers accidental damage up to $2000 but excludes damages caused by pets or intentional acts.
• Guests are advised to deny access to any property vendors not adhering to CDC guidelines.

Parking

Please Note: Parking at this resort includes three complimentary vehicle passes. Any additional vehicles will require payment of an additional fee of $25 per vehicle, per stay. All vehicles, complimentary or paid, must be registered in advance of arrival through the community’s electronic system. Each guest will receive a QR Code to be scanned upon arrival once registered. If a guest has not been registered in advance of arrival, the attendant will issue a one-time 24-hour complimentary pass, and the guest will not be permitted re-entry once expired. Please ensure that all vehicles and drivers are communicated to Top Villas prior to arrival at the resort.
