This spectacular 5,530 sq. ft. Orlando vacation home is a one-of-a-kind aviation-inspired retreat with 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and space for up to 23 guests. Featured on a popular home and real-estate TV show, the property makes an unforgettable first impression with a vintage airplane feature in the foyer and imaginative details throughout. The spacious layout includes seven king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and two twin rooms, with extraordinary themed spaces designed to delight younger guests, including an airplane cockpit bunk room and a whimsical cloud-inspired room with aircraft-style beds. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker, while the formal dining area and kitchen island offer plenty of space for group meals.
Outside, enjoy a private pool and spillover spa overlooking the golf course, plus a sundeck with loungers, a covered lanai, outdoor grill and pool table. Inside, entertainment is a major highlight, with a games room featuring a full-scale retired military helicopter with a simulator, a classic 1930s-style car with a racing simulator, and a private movie theater with a large projection screen and plush seating. The loft lounge provides another inviting place for everyone to gather after days exploring Orlando’s famous attractions. Guests also benefit from WiFi, air conditioning, laundry facilities, smart and flat-screen TVs, parking, a balcony, garden views and access to resort-style amenities including a fitness center, bike rentals, golf and a community pool.
The inspiration behind Reunion Resort 920
The owners of this property are USAF combat rescue officers who also serve as F-22 fighter pilots. Amidst the 40,000 vacation rentals in Orlando, they grew tired of the same old concepts and decided to take a different approach. They aimed to inspire the next generation with the magic of aviation. All ages can enjoy the custom virtual simulator, making the experience feel real. This might be the only home in America featuring a full-scale Puma military helicopter with an integrated simulator! Additionally, there's a classic 1930s SS Jaguar with a racing simulator.

Impressive home
Possibly one of the best homes I have had the pleasure of staying at. The home has a wonderful feel, and the themed bedrooms and games room are on another level. It was quite surprising to find a real but modified helicopter in the games room with real-life flight simulators, myself and my 4 year old spent many hours using the two simulators. The kid's bedroom was a real bi-plane where the wings had been modified to become a bed. The home was extremely well equipped, had unique and fascinating decor, the beds were extremely comfortable and the pool and deck are were fantastic. Overall a perfect stay in a great resort. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Orlando.
