This spacious 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom Orlando villa offers 6,500 sq. ft. of stylish living space for up to 14 guests, making it a fantastic choice for families and groups. Set within a secure resort community just 6 miles from the area’s famous theme parks, the home combines elegant interiors with plenty of entertainment. The bright entrance hall leads to a formal dining area for up to 12, while the well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. Across the home, large windows and terrace doors create a seamless connection to the outdoor living space, with beautiful garden and lake views.
Guests can unwind in a private screened pool area with a hot tub, sundeck, sunloungers, outdoor kitchen, BBQ and alfresco dining space. Inside, the fun continues with a private home theater and a games room featuring a pool table, ping pong, foosball and more. The bedroom layout includes three king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and two twin rooms, with themed touches that are especially appealing for younger guests. This house/villa is beautiful, spacious and clean and has a traditional feel. It is nicely decorated and the beds are truly comfortable. The hidden Harry Potter theme room was cute and well designed. The house came with all Reunion Resort amenities which was a plus however we did not utilize them due to enjoying the house screened in pool, game room and movie rooms so we really had no real need to leave the Villa. The location of the home is nice and private and we enjoyed the seclusion. The minor issues we had with a door lock and tv were rectified immediately. Loved every minute of Reunion Resort 80.

My family spent majority of our time lounging by the pool or in the game room. The location was great and the home had the perfect amount of space for our family of 12. Our agent, Elaine, was awesome and the resort representatives were helpful with questions regarding the waterpark. I am happy to say that I will be booking my next vacation home with Topvillas again.
