My husband and I took our children their spouses and our grandchildren (22 in total) for a family vacation. This house was wonderful for the space. The grandkids ranging in age from 3months to 13 years old (10 in total) had a great time. The themed kids' rooms were a big hit. Having two sets of laundry machines was huge for washing pool towels. The outdoor kitchen was fun for burgers, wings and hotdogs. We had the pool heated and that was the right choice. Everyone spent lots of time in the pool. A few negatives are the hot water. It took a long time to get hot water upstairs and in the kitchen sink. With 22 people this home needed a tankless hot water heater. It did take us a night or two to find all of the thermostats so that rooms where heated/cooled properly. The game room was amazing! The theater room was great for family movie night. Overall, this home was all we hoped for. Would rent again but really do hope they get a tankless hot water heater.

If you are going in a big group, it is a nice villa with good amenities. All the rooms were spacious with attached bathrooms.
