This expansive 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom villa in Orlando is designed for unforgettable family vacations, with 5,842 sq. ft. of space for up to 20 guests. The open-plan living area offers a welcoming place to relax, complete with plush seating and a large-screen entertainment setup, while the fully equipped rustic-style kitchen features stainless steel appliances and generous counter space for easy group meals. Guests can gather around the formal dining table, which seats 12, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Sleeping arrangements include six king master suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, plus two custom-themed bunk rooms with two sets of bunk beds in each, making it an excellent choice for families and larger groups.
Outside, the south-facing screened pool area feels like a private resort, with a custom pool, spillover spa, waterfall, splash pad and two water cannons for hours of fun. Eight sunloungers, a covered lanai, outdoor seating, an alfresco dining area and a summer kitchen with BBQ create the perfect setting for sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings. Entertainment continues indoors with a games room featuring racing arcades, basketball and shooting games, air hockey and a game console, plus an upstairs tropical-style loft with a bar area, foosball, multi-arcade, pool table and comfortable recliner seating. For movie nights, the private home theater offers eight leather recliners and a 185-inch projector screen. Guests also enjoy WiFi, air conditioning, laundry facilities, parking, garden views and access to resort-style amenities including a community pool, fitness center, bike rentals, golf and 24-hour security.

Rented this villa for my three kids to relax and have fun and that’s exactly what we did! The splash pad was amazing for my 2 year old. The game room, the movie room what more can you ask for. Spacious and clean. Can’t wait to return.
We stayed six nights with a group of seventeen. Plenty of room and things to do. We had two movie nights, a professional chef for one meal, character actors, custom made birthday cake and we loved the game room . The pool afea was fantastic. Absolutely amazing property!! Not only met but was beyond our expectations!! Will stay over and over again!! The water park at the resort was very nice as well... the shuttle picked us up and dropped us off!! Best vacation thus far!!
