Disrepair
This house was satisfactory for a 10 day stay. Upon arrival we noticed the pool heat was minimal, but thankfully one phone call remedied that. Two of the loungers around the pool were broken with one being thrown into the bushes beside the pool. We were able to locate a screw for that chair and fix it. The screens on the sliding pool doors are torn. The blinds in the windows were mostly broken with one in a main bedroom missing part of a slat all together. Also there was no bedspread in that main bedroom. There was also a broken door handle in that bathroom associated with that main bedroom. There were numerous lightbulbs burnt out throughout the house including the main one over the kitchen sink and the entire dining area. Also the light over the stove was out. There was limited furniture in the main living area for 6 people to reside. The pillows on the couch in the main living area were heavily soiled. The carpeting at the top of stairs and leading into the main bedroom suite bath had exposed staples (ouch). The hot water was limited for showers for 6 adults. There were 2 pool cues for the pool table with no chalk. Overall this house has clearly been heavily rented with very little repair.
