Great Property
Dad's trip complete. Two of my boys, myself and a total of 7 kids. The house was perfect! The kids lived in the pool and the arcade. The dad's lived at the grill and the movie room.

The villa in Sea Pearl Circle was beautiful and perfectly suited to our 3 family groups having loads of bedrooms and 2 sets of stairs separating the ones upstairs, plus 3 more bedrooms downstairs!! A few small issues were dealt with very quickly. The cinema room was amazing and the games room kept the kids happy during the August downpours or after a day out at the parks. The barbecue was very popular and there were loads of cutlery and 2 dishwashers!! The villa was only about 20 minutes from Disney. The bug screen was a blessing, keeping the nasties away from us and the pool free from floating insects.

Wonderful House! Great Location & every possible comfort
Hd a very comfortable stay in this house in May 25. 9 adults and 3 children. Top quality fixtures and fittings, with beautiful comfy beds. great linens and top grade pillows! SO important after a long day out! The Villa offers EXACTLY as described in terms of photographs, cinema room was wonderful, games room was INSANE with top grade arcade machines for the odd rainy day, the pool was perfect, well maintained and clean, the baby poo; was a FAB idea for the under 5's. TV in all the rooms a bonus for some quiet time. The kitchen was large, well equipped and SO much fridge space....only gripe if I had one is the lack of pantry space to store food items? But if you on holiday who wants to really cook anyway! All the bathrooms are immaculate and well maintained. The outdoor kitchen was fab, everything you need for outdoor entertaining. This really is the penultimate family villa! Would return in a heartbeat. All in all a 10/10 experience - and a BIG shout out to the agents a Top Villas who helped with a few minor issues, their agents were efficient, prompt and SO polite and helpful and the maintenance chaps who attended were great too! Highly recommend booking through them.
