This modern 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villa offers a relaxing Orlando retreat for up to 11 guests, with a comfortable layout that suits families and groups. Set within a secure gated resort community, the home combines peaceful surroundings with easy access to major attractions, shopping, restaurants, golf, and local entertainment. Inside, guests can enjoy a bright living area with vaulted ceilings, a large smart TV, a comfy sectional sofa, and plenty of space to unwind after a day out. The full kitchen is stylish and well equipped, featuring modern appliances, a smart fridge, wall oven, countertop stove, farmhouse sink, and everything needed for easy meals at home. The dining table expands to seat 8, with additional seating available in the ground-floor suite.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across two floors. The ground-floor suite includes a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, private entrance, kitchenette, dedicated air conditioning, and smart TV. Upstairs, the king master suite features its own ensuite bathroom, large smart TV, and a private screened balcony overlooking peaceful forest views. Two additional double bedrooms provide flexible sleeping space, with one also offering a trundle bed, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests can also enjoy high-speed WiFi, cable TV, air conditioning, central heating, laundry facilities, bedding and towels, a BBQ, parking, and two screened balconies with garden or forest views. Resort amenities add even more to the stay, including a heated community pool and spa, tiki bar and grill, fitness room, sauna, nature trails, mini golf, playgrounds, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, bike rentals, sport equipment rentals, EV charging, and 24-hour security.
