- Pool heating is optional and must be requested 48 hours in advance. It is not guaranteed to function effectively in cold weather and no refunds will be offered in such cases.
- The attached spa can only be heated if the entire pool is heated and will reach the same temperature as the pool.
- Trash should be placed in the provided plastic bench daily to maintain cleanliness.
Additional Notes
- This is a self-catering home; guests should procure additional supplies from the nearest supermarket.
- The BBQ grill is available for rental use.
- There may be additional charges if properties are left in a state requiring extra cleaning or repairs.
- Online purchases should be arranged through UPS, DHL, or FedEx, as USPS does not deliver to vacation homes. The property is not responsible for delivery issues.
