- No commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are allowed at Champions Gate.
- Street parking is not permitted. Ensure vehicles are not parked on the grass or obstructing the sidewalk. Violating this rule may lead to towing at the guest's expense.
- The home is self-catering; a small welcome kit is provided, but additional supplies should be obtained from a nearby supermarket.
- Trash must be placed in the plastic bench daily to maintain cleanliness.
- No daily housekeeping service is included. The property is thoroughly cleaned before check-in.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance and may not function in cold weather. The attached spa can only be heated along with the pool and is not a jacuzzi.
- BBQ rental is available upon request for an additional fee.
- For online purchases, only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliveries are accepted. The property is not responsible for issues with deliveries or additional fees incurred if packages are delivered to the clubhouse or if resorts do not accept them.
Penalties
- Additional charges will apply if the owner needs to fix something or pay for extra cleaning due to non-compliance with the rules.
