House Rules
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed at Champions Gate.
- Street parking is not permitted. Please ensure cars are not parked on the grass or obstructing the sidewalk. Violating this rule will result in towing at the guest's expense.
- This home is self-catering. A small welcome kit is provided to get you started.
- There is no daily housekeeping service; mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.
Use of Amenities
- The pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance, with a minimum of 2 consecutive days. The temperature will not exceed 95F, and the heater may not function in cold weather. The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will have the same temperature as the pool. No refunds will be given if pool heating does not meet the desired temperature in cold conditions.
- BBQ rental is available.
- Trash should be placed in the plastic bench daily to maintain cleanliness.
Caveats
- Online purchases using USPS will not be delivered to the property, as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses. Only UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will deliver. In some resorts, packages may be delivered to the clubhouse, with fees possibly applying.
- Additional charges will apply if the owner needs to fix something or if additional cleaning is required due to non-compliance with rules.

Ideally located close to many of Orlando's theme parks, Championsgate Resort offers a wide variety of fantastic amenities for the whole family to enjoy. Set within 900 acres, this luxury resort is home to an 18-hole championship golf course, a fully equipped gym, a games room and multiple sports courts. Guests can choose from a selection of swimming pools; kids will enjoy the waterslides and splash park whilst adults can float in the lazy river, or relax under a private cabana. An excellent retreat after a busy day at the parks, guests of Championsgate Resort will also have access to a movie theater, a range of shops and an impressive spa. There is also a great selection of restaurants and bars on site, including a poolside grill, a sports bar and the impressive clubhouse.
