- The home is pet-free. Bringing pets without prior approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Breaches may incur a $300 smoking fee, along with responsibility for any related fire or property damage.
- Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, and occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
- Parties and events are only permitted with prior written approval. Unauthorized gatherings will be closed down and may lead to fines.
- No speakers or sound systems are provided for guest use.
- Candles and other open flames are not allowed indoors. The fireplace may be used with appropriate care.
Use of Amenities
- For pool safety, glass is not allowed in or around the pool area.
- The gas grill is available for guest use.
- Outdoor security cameras, including a smart doorbell and a backyard camera, are installed for security purposes and are not used to monitor guest behavior.
Parking
- Parking is available in the one-car garage and driveway for 1–2 additional vehicles, for a total of about 3 spaces.
- Please note that larger trucks or SUVs may be difficult to fit in the garage.
Penalties
- Violations of local noise rules may result in fines of up to $10,000 per violation.
- Unauthorized parties or events may also lead to additional fines.
