You have just found the most out of the ordinary private, waterfront tropical paradise retreat in the heart of exciting Fort Lauderdale, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental has enough luxury living space to sleep up to 2 guests. Inside you will find an open-plan living and dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a comfortable bedroom. Outside highlights include a covered deck with seating. Guest will have access to the communal heated pool, BBQ grills, sundecks, shuffleboard and waterfront dock with access to water taxis.

House Rules
- No parties allowed.
- Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request
- Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two pets.
- Wipes are prohibited from being flushed down the toilet. If you use wipes, you'll be fined $1,500 for any plumbing repairs.
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marijuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
- No loud music after 9PM.
- $10 per day parking fee must be paid to the admin office on arrival or the next day.
Parking notification
There is ample, free, on street parking for guests of this unit, located within the same block and/or across the street from Holiday Isles Yacht Club. There is also on site parking, available for an additional cost of $10.00 per day. This parking is available on a first come, first served basis (25 spots for 30 units) and it is imperative that it is coordinated in advance. If this is of interest during your stay, please confirm at time of reservation, so that I can provide additional instructions. Onsite parking must be paid for in cash and to a separate party upon arrival; Top Villas does not receive any of these parking funds and have no control over the availability of the parking spaces.
