- Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced: 6 adults and 4 children under 13. Any excess guests will result in immediate dismissal with no refund.
- Approved pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee and must adhere to specific pet rules, including no pets on furniture and proper waste disposal.
