• No smoking inside the property. Violation will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
• Pets are allowed, but permission must be obtained in advance, and a fee of $150 per pet applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
• No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down with a fine assessed.
• Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful environment. Violations of noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
• The property allows a maximum of 3 vehicles to park on-site. On-street parking is prohibited. Please limit parking to the space available on the property.
