- Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am, and occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Violating noise ordinances can result in fines up to $10,000 per incident.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Guests must complete the Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration to access Seacrest Beach amenities. Parking passes and wristbands must be picked up upon arrival.
- Prohibited items at the private beach access include wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
Pet Policy
- Pets are considered, subject to approval and an additional fee of $250 per dog.
Damage Protection
- The accidental damage protection plan covers accidental damage up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or damages caused by pets.
