- Strict adherence to occupancy limits and quiet hours is required (9 pm-8 am). No speakers or sound systems are provided; violations of noise ordinances may incur fines up to $10,000.
- Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Prior written approval and an additional fee are required for events. Violations will result in shutdown and fines.
