Located on a corner lot and on intersecting canals this home offers amazing views! The outdoor lanai area is gorgeous with a fireplace and of course a heated pool with spa. This home offers a beautiful kitchen which a dining table just adjacent which has seating for 8 guests. There are also 4 barstools at the counter. The kitchen is very large proving lots of counter space to make delicious melas for you and your guests. With stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, coffee maker and well stocked kitchen - you will have everything you need for cooking while on vacation. The living room located on the first floor offers two leather couches for seating and a 60 inch tv. There is also an upstairs loft seating area. The large outside lanai has a gorgeous fireplace, built in sink and fridge. There is plenty of seating to relax and soak up the Florida sun.
