The living room has a wrap around sectional couch, with a large flat screen TV - perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The open floor plan allows for plenty of socialization between the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has 4 counter stools and separate dining area with a bench and two chairs. The outside lanai area is the perfect hang out spot. There is a table and seating for 10 guests, a sectional couch, and heated pool. This home has a private beach, really giving it the WOW factor! There are so many spots outside to soak up the Florida sun! There is also a dock available for guest use.
