Surrounded by greenery, vineyards and open views towards Mount U?ka, the property is ideal for families, friends or couples looking for privacy, comfort and space. Inside, the villa offers around 200 m² of bright living space, including a welcoming lounge with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and five comfortable bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed. With five bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a safe and practical home comforts such as a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker and laundry facilities, it is well suited to an easy-going holiday.
The outdoor space is a standout feature, with a generous private plot of around 1,000 m² designed for laid-back days in the sun. Guests can enjoy a private 32 m² swimming pool, a covered terrace, outdoor dining areas and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxed meals and warm evenings together. Children are well catered for with a small playground featuring swings and a slide, while the fenced garden and quiet surroundings make the villa a great choice for guests travelling with pets.
