The Enclave is a quiet community of townhomes located in the mountain area. There are a mix of year-round residents and short-term renters. Please be respectful of all neighbors. The community has a common area hot tub to enjoy and is located just a short walk to a free Steamboat City Bus stop which can whisk you away to the mountain and downtown. In the summer time, enjoy the tranquil walking paths just outside your door and you may see some friendly wildlife as you sip your morning coffee on the deck.
