- Pets are not allowed. There is a $500 fine per pet if undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval.
- This is a smoke-free property. Violation results in a $300 fee and potential forfeiture of the security deposit, as well as liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- No parties or events are allowed without prior written approval. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and fines will be assessed.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Fines for noise ordinance violations can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
