- This is a smoke-free property. Violations result in a $300 fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for fire or property damage.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Noise ordinance violations can incur fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and are subject to an additional fee. Unauthorized gatherings will be shut down, and fines will be applied.
- A maximum of 2 pets per booking is allowed. Pets should not be left unattended unless crated.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste and have access to a pet waste station.
- Inform the property management if a dog crate rental is needed.
- Parking is available for 9 vehicles. Parking at nearby condos or for RVs, campers, and large vehicles is not permitted.
- A Tesla charger is available for use in the garage.
- The property includes Summit County's largest private indoor saltwater pool and a private gymnasium. Safety and responsible use are expected.
