Full of character and charm, Villa Arapede offers a unique chance to step back in time and experience life in a bygone St. Barth era. The luxury rental property was an architect's house from the early 1990s, with radical perspectives, integrated into nature, and suspended over the ocean, with a breathtaking atmosphere and views. Villa Arapede is situated at the end of the peninsula neighborhood of Pointe Milou, a location that gives it outstanding sun, sea breezes, and magnificent views. It is on a 1.4-acre piece of oceanfront land. One prestigious magazine called it "an aerie, perched up above the busy world below."

With its exposed concrete walls, wooden ceilings, and strong influences of nature, the house is full of character and charm. It is an ideal place for gathering with friends and family, having long conversations, getting lost in a book, or simply contemplating the magnificence of life while observing the ocean in constant movement. The large open-plan living room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, with nature-inspired furnishings that complement the organic environment. One bedroom is in the same building as the common areas, and the second bedroom occupies its own independent bungalow. Both of them have large ensuite bathrooms and closets. Every room in the house, including the bathroom, has a wide-angle view over the ocean.
