Set in the heights of Lurin, Villa 3H has a 300-degree panoramic view over St. Jean, all the way to Saline. It is especially magnificent at sunset. The interior is no less stunning. Every detail in Villa 3H is high-end and luxurious. The architect and designer made ample use of elegant materials, such as stone, marble, and precious woods. The lighting and furniture are all top-of-the-line, and it also has some outstanding amenities, such as two pools plus a hot tub, a gym, a cinema with motorized seats, and a protected tropical garden. The house is spread across two levels, with plenty of corners to relax in solitude or join others to socialize or do activities. Because of this, it is a great place for a large extended family or a group of friends to share. It also benefits from a convenient location that is close to Gustavia, St. Jean, and Saline.
You enter Villa 3H on the main level and find yourself in a spacious living room that is open on two sides, allowing sea breezes to waft through and vistas of the ocean and the garden to come into sight. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is to one side of the living area, and the back garden has a gazebo that works well for relaxation or meditation. Four of the seven proper bedrooms are also on the main level. The master bedroom has its own swimming pool and an expansive bathroom with a tub. Two of the three guest bedrooms on this level are connecting, making them suitable for a young family. This level also has a separate studio that is more suitable for staff - it features two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a living area. Downstairs there are two more guest bedrooms and a hurricane-proof room that also works as another studio. It also has its own kitchenette.
