Villa Larimar is set within the private Issayah domaine, overlooking the clear waters of Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon. Its contemporary architecture, generous spaces, and framed lagoon views create a calm, modern setting that feels closely connected to the surrounding landscape.

The main living area brings together the kitchen, indoor dining space, and a relaxed TV corner. Large openings allow the space to be fully air-conditioned or opened to the natural breeze. The kitchen features a central island with a breakfast bar and a wine fridge, offering both functionality and style. Just outside, a covered terrace with outdoor dining and lounge seating extends the living space and creates a smooth connection between indoors and outdoors.

The main terrace is the highlight of the villa, featuring a heated infinity pool, sun loungers, and shaded seating areas. From here, there are wide views across the lagoon, with changing colours throughout the day from bright turquoise to softer evening tones.

The four bedrooms are designed with privacy and comfort in mind. On the main level, three suites are positioned around the pool, two on one side and one on the other. Each has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor areas. The fourth bedroom is located on the upper level, offering an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with elevated views.

Guests also have access to a shared fitness room within the Issayah domaine. For larger groups, Villa Larimar can be combined with nearby Villas Lazuli, Quartz, and Tourmaline to create a larger private estate.
