There is perhaps no better place to wake up on the island of St. Barth than inside Villa Wake Up. One of the most luxurious rental villas in the Caribbean, it is also a very fine place to spend leisurely days, lively and social evenings, and very good nights of rest. The materials, such as travertine and marble, are sumptuous, the technology is state of the art, and much of the artwork was made by renowned St. Barth artist Kay Quattrocchi.

Located on one of the most picturesque plots of land on the island, the contemporary, new-build residence has breathtaking views and direct access to the sand and water. It is grand in scale, stretching over more than 1,500 square meters (including large, livable terraces). It was designed by the leading firm Architectonik and comprises six bedroom suites, a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym, massage room, sauna, steam room, home cinema, and professional kitchen.

Villa Wake Up is also an effortless place to leave, as it is situated on the very in-demand Flamands beach, within walking distance to the restaurant, spa, and bar of Cheval Blanc-St Barth Isle de France and a number of private homes - perhaps those of new friends made while on the beach.

The layout spans three levels, with the lavish master bedroom upstairs in the front, giving it stunning sea views. Two more large bedrooms are also on this floor, facing the back. All six of the bedrooms have large windows, sitting areas in addition to their beds, large ensuite bathrooms, and direct access to one of the terraces.

Downstairs, at ground level, there is one more bedroom and an office, in addition to the spacious living area, gourmet kitchen, pool, and internal terraces. One of these has an outdoor cinema projector and screen for family movie nights. The two final bedrooms are down another flights of stairs, at the level of Flamands beach.

Along with the six bedrooms for guests, there are two more small bedrooms for staff. These are quite simple but at beach level, and all the better to enable an effortless holiday. Whether or not you bring your own nanny or tutor, the villa comes quite well staffed, with a butler, chef, daily maid and turndown service, continental breakfast and soft drinks.
