Description

This fully air-conditioned property is conveniently located in the gated residential area of Orient Bay, and has superb sunrise views over the ocean towards Tintamarre and St. Barthelemy. The villa is comprised of three spacious, well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool terrace. An open-plan living area leads through to a modern, fully equipped kitchen to one side, and has access to a veranda furnished with a formal dining table that is perfect for enjoying an alfresco meal. From here, you can descend to the pool deck and relax in the sun on a lounger, with parasols provided for when you require a bit of shade. Take a dip in the half-moon pool and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, as the home's elevated position allows you to gaze unobstructed all the way to the coast and beyond. This property is situated just a short walk from restaurants, shops and the famous "St Tropez of the Caribbean", Orient Bay Beach, and all its associated beach bars, restaurants and water sports.
