Located in the exclusive beachfront community of Shore Pointe at Cupecoy on Sint Maarten’s stunning Gold Coast, Sea Esta is a spacious four-bedroom villa with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the neighbouring island of Saba on the horizon. Spread across four levels, the villa is fully air-conditioned and features a rooftop plunge pool, generous living spaces, two guest bathrooms, and four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom.
The main entrance is on the first floor, where you will find two king-size bedrooms. Both rooms feature large glass doors that open onto private balconies overlooking the ocean. Each bedroom includes a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a stylish en-suite bathroom with pebble stone flooring, double vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a toilet.
A curved staircase connects all four levels of the villa and leads to the second floor, which is home to the main living area. The open-plan design combines comfort and island charm, with bamboo sofas, cane ceiling fans, warm wood finishes, and a dining area that seats up to eight guests.
The living room includes a widescreen TV and opens onto a furnished terrace through glass-panelled wooden doors. The terrace offers outdoor dining, a gas barbecue, and beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding area. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a separate utility area with a second refrigerator and a wine cooler.
On the top floor, guests can enjoy a private plunge pool and sun deck set against a spectacular ocean backdrop. Beside the pool is the master bedroom, which includes a king-size bed, a private terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with double vanities, a large walk-in shower, and a toilet.
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and can also be accessed directly from the garage. This studio-style room includes a queen-size bed, a single bed, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower.
Just a one-minute walk from the beach and directly opposite the popular Porto Cupecoy resort, with its marina, shops, and restaurants, Sea Esta is an excellent choice for families with older children or groups of friends travelling together. The villa is also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM).
