Description
The cliff-side Saline Reef in Cap Estate is a bright, modern villa with a beach house feel and stunning views. The villa home boasts lots of seamless indoor to outdoor spaces, with nooks for dining, reading and sunning or quiet contemplation. A large, open living room with vaulted ceilings and triangle window feature, opens via a series of French doors to the balcony which overlooks the pool deck and ocean views. There are two beautiful gazebos, a two-tier pool with water feature, and an expansive pool deck. Garden paths through the beautifully landscaped grounds will take you to a dining and lounge area. There is an excellently appointed modern kitchen and dining area on the second floor of the villa and it enjoys the same light brought in by the triangle window. The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The two bedrooms are all air-conditioned with en suite bathrooms and walk in closets. The master bedroom has a private balcony, and all rooms claim beautiful views. There is wi-fi service throughout. Saline Reef villa is within easy access of the 18-hole golf course, several beaches and shopping and entertainment in Rodney Bay.
