The villa is strategically positioned to offer breathtaking views of the La Romana Country Club golf course, while nearby attractions like Minitas Beach and the marina are just minutes away. Please Note: Renovations and improvements are currently scheduled at the iconic golf course "Teeth of the Dog" to begin in January 2025 and conclude by the end of November of the same year. This initiative will result in the golf course being closed during the mentioned months. The heavy construction phase has now been completed, this means no more disruptive construction activity. The resort will work to minimize any inconvenience that may arise, as operations allow.

Resort Fee
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.
Please Note: Casa de Campo Resort registration fee starting February 1st, 2026 will be increasing to the following:
- US$30.00 per adult, per night (adults are 13 and up)
- US$15.00 per child, per night (children are 4 to 12)
- Free for kids under 4!
