We had a lovely trip. The staff was amazing. We traveled with a group of 10 for one week. My adult daughter is 100% wheelchair bound. Upon our arrival at the Villa we discovered that the airline had ripped open her beach wheelchair bag and vital parts were lost. The maintenance staff were amazing. They quickly jumped into action, located some parts that they thought could worked as substitutes and save the day. Truly without her beach wheelchair our week would have been completely ruined. The house was amazing. It was very pretty, well maintained, and lives up to our U.S standards of air-conditioning. The pool and beach were beautiful. the staff cleaned the pool each morning, made the beds, clean the bathroom and maintain the entire house. The laundry service was a nice bonus. The beach, dock, pool, paddle boards, and kayak were all wonderful. We were fortunate to share the small private beach with other two families who were kind and friendly. We had the private chef for six days. Damien was great. His meals were wonderful. He did a great job of catering to my extremely picky brother-in-law and my toddler food only eating 21 year old. In addition, he worked with us to provide two of our three meals each day downstairs by the pool so we would not have to carry our daughter up the stairs more than once a day. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful. Mabel and the staff for everything we could’ve hoped for, and we will definitely be using Topvillas again.
