Set directly on the beautiful shores of Paynes Bay, The Palms at Old Trees is a luxurious three-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront apartment on the sought-after West Coast of Barbados. Located on the ground floor, the home offers a private entrance, stylish coastal interiors and direct access to the soft white sands and clear Caribbean Sea.

Inside, high vaulted ceilings and an open-plan design create a bright and spacious setting. The living, dining and kitchen areas flow naturally together, while large French doors open onto the covered terrace. Soft, earthy tones and modern furnishings give the home a relaxed feel that perfectly suits its tropical surroundings.

The private outdoor area is one of the highlights of the home. Guests can enjoy a sunken plunge pool surrounded by natural rock, along with outdoor dining, comfortable lounge seating, a BBQ grill and wet bar. A retractable canopy provides shade when needed. From the gated terrace, walk through the tropical gardens and reach the beach in approximately 6 metres.

The apartment sleeps up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and private terrace access. The primary suite also enjoys beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the home comfortable, while Wi-Fi, multi-channel TV and a Sonos sound system provide everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Guests also have access to the excellent facilities at Old Trees, including a free-form communal swimming pool with waterfalls, a gym, 24-hour manned security and direct beach access. Paddle boards and kayaks are available for complimentary use, while beach attendants prepare dedicated sun loungers and parasols each morning. Housekeeping and laundry services are included throughout the stay, with a cook also included during winter and festive rentals. A designated parking space is available within the secure car park.
