- No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed without written approval; violation results in immediate removal without refund.
- Strict no-smoking policy inside the property; violations incur a minimum $500 fee.
- All guests must be respectful of the property, neighborhood, and neighbors.
- Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted; exceeding occupancy results in immediate dismissal with no refund and additional charges for each extra guest.
- Guests or visitors violating rules may be immediately removed with no refund.
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable $250 fee.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding and must not be left unattended unless crated.
- All pet waste must be properly disposed of, and any additional cleaning or damage will be charged.
Parking

Noise and Neighbourhood
