- This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Parties and events are not permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and may result in fines.
- Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm to 8 am. Violations of noise ordinances may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Occupancy limits must be adhered to, and an additional two guests are allowed beyond the bed count if arranged in advance.

- Parking is available for 6 vehicles, and no street parking is permitted.
