- Occupancy limits include two additional guests beyond bed count with trifold floor mattresses available upon request.
- Wood-burning fires are prohibited due to local regulations.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heating is a paid feature, unavailable in summer, and must be requested 48 hours in advance. Heating the pool and hot tub simultaneously is not permitted.
- The hot tub has a maximum temperature of 104° for safety.
- Riverside County prohibits "party" lighting; guests are liable for any "light trespass" violations.

- Formal events, such as weddings, are not permitted; informal events require prior notification.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.
- Strict noise ordinances are enforced, with fines up to $10,000.
