House Rules

• This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and an additional fee applies. Bringing undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine per pet.
• No exterior amplified music is allowed; violations will incur a $500 fine.
• Wedding ceremonies and receptions are not permitted.
• Events or parties require prior written approval. Unauthorized events will result in fines.
• No ATVs or dirt bikes allowed on the property.
• Do not pick the avocado trees.

Use of Amenities

• Pool and spa heat must be requested 48 hours in advance. Pool heat is not available from May to September. The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.
• The spa jets in the bathtub are disabled for health and safety reasons.
• Fireplaces are not available for guest use due to local ordinances.
• The maximum temperature for the hot tub is 104° for safety reasons. The in-ground spa will not be pre-heated prior to guest arrival.

Local and Property Regulations

• Guests must adhere to Riverside County ordinances on outdoor lighting, quiet hours (9 pm - 8 am), and gatherings.
• Riverside County prohibits all wood-burning fires on the property.
• Due to the remote location, guests may experience unannounced power outages.

Parking

• A maximum of 7 cars can park onsite.
• No parking is allowed in the garage or on the street.
