- The hot tub/spa has a max temperature of 104°F for safety.
- No wood-burning fires are permitted on the property due to local regulations.
- ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property.
- The gate at the driveway entrance remains open at the owner's request.
- Unauthorized use of amplified music outdoors will result in a $500 fine.
Additional Warnings
- Occasional unannounced power outages may occur due to the remote location.
