- Parties or events are prohibited without prior written approval and may incur additional fees. Unauthorized parties will be shut down and fined.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am are strictly enforced. Any breach of noise regulations may lead to fines up to $10,000.
- Additional guests beyond the bed count are allowed upon request with a trifold floor mattress and linens provided.
- Guests have exclusive access to a rooftop pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, co-working lounges, and social areas with fire pits and grilling stations.
- The use of speakers or sound systems is not permitted in the property.
- Enhanced cleaning and sanitation protocols are in place, focusing on guest health and safety.
