House Rules

• No smoking inside the property. Violations will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and may include liability for any fire or property damage.
• Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine per pet. Pets are allowed with appropriate fees and approval.
• Compliance with local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours (9 pm-8 am), and parties & gatherings is required.
• Events or parties must have prior written approval. Unauthorized events will be shut down and fined.
• Occupancy is limited to the number specified, with the possibility of adding two extra beyond the bed count with prior arrangement.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced, and violations can result in fines up to $10,000.

Use of Amenities

• Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested in advance. Heating will not be available June 1 to September 30, and the pool can only be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees.
• The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously.
• Guests should be aware desert temperatures can cause the pool temperature to rise during summer months, which cannot be controlled.
