House Rules
- No smoking inside the property; violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and a $300 smoking fee, along with liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Pets are allowed, with a maximum of 2 pets, subject to advance approval and a fee of $150 per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a fine of $500 per pet.
- Occupancy and noise restrictions enforced; quiet hours are from 9 pm to 8 am. Noise ordinance violations can result in fines up to $10,000 per violation.
- Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down, and fines will be assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat is available for an extra cost and must be requested 48 hours in advance, but is not available between May 1st and October 1st. Spa heat is complimentary.
- The maximum temperature for pool heating is 87 degrees.
- The Murphy bed in the media room should not be adjusted by guests; contact the support team for assistance.
- During festivals like Coachella, road closures may extend walking distances. Golf cart services are recommended for easier access.
- High chair and pack n' play travel crib available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice.
