House Rules
- No smoking inside the property. Violation incurs a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
- Maximum of 2 pets allowed, subject to prior approval and a $150 fee per pet. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fine per pet.
- Occupancy limits and quiet hours (9 pm-8 am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems provided. Noise violations may result in fines up to $10,000.
- Events or parties require prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized events will be shut down with fines assessed.
Use of Amenities
- Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and incurs an extra cost. Pool heat is not available between May 1 and October 1. Spa heat is complimentary.
- The small garage unit on the property is not accessible to guests and is used periodically by housekeeping.
- The media room’s Murphy bed must be requested in advance and cannot be adjusted by guests during their stay.
- Guests are advised to deny access to maintenance vendors not adhering to PPE guidelines during visits.
